Emek Freze Tesviye Makine San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. is a manufacturing company established in Kocaeli in 2003, operating in precision machining, industrial spare parts and custom machine part production.
Since our foundation, we have focused on manufacturing the custom parts required by the maintenance, engineering and production processes of industrial plants, in line with their technical requirements.
Our production capabilities cover CNC and conventional turning, CNC and conventional milling, piston manufacturing, shaft manufacturing, bushing and flange production, custom machine and spare part manufacturing, welded fabrication, steel construction and the machining of engineering plastics.
Alongside manufacturing to technical drawings, on suitable projects we also carry out dimensioning and re-manufacturing from a sample or an existing part. We can adapt to different production models, from one-off and low-volume custom work to repeat and series production.
We deliver solutions for the mechanical part and industrial manufacturing needs that support production continuity for companies operating across a range of industrial sectors — primarily automotive, FMCG, iron and steel, rubber and chemicals.

We assess every job according to its technical drawing, material, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, operating conditions and lead-time requirements. The production method and operation sequence are determined by the part's technical requirements.
Flexible Manufacturing Capability
We follow a flexible production approach suited to one-off, prototype, low-volume and repeat series production needs. For urgent spare part and production-line requirements, we aim to complete technical assessment and lead-time planning quickly.
Versatile Production
We can work with a range of technical materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, brass and various engineering plastics. By bringing machining and welded fabrication operations together within the same project, we can offer more complete solutions.
Controlled Production and Quality
We run our production processes in line with technical requirements, defined inspection steps and quality management systems. Depending on the technical requirement, we can manufacture to machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm.
