In our welded fabrication department we produce frames, structures, supports and machine components made of profile, sheet and tube elements, to project and drawing. Every project is assessed in advance for dimensions, weld access and assembly sequence; the process covers material cutting, weld-edge preparation, tacking and clamping, welding and, where needed, distortion correction.
For parts that require dimensional and connection accuracy after welding, we plan machining operations (milling, hole machining, surfacing) in the same flow. This keeps both the joints and the functional surface dimensions of a welded structure under control.
Where needed, we also carry out sub-assembly and complete assembly work, delivering the welded body together with machined parts. Production is planned around the part's service load, dimensional tolerances and assembly requirements.
We work mainly in carbon steel and structural steel profiles, and also on stainless steel and aluminium applications. We assess the request against material, weld-method suitability, tolerance and lead-time criteria, and follow a flexible structure suited to single-part and low-volume custom production.
