Milling (CNC & Conventional)

In our milling department we use CNC and conventional milling machines together to produce prismatic parts, connecting elements and machine components to drawing. CNC milling provides position and dimensional consistency for complex geometries and repeat production; conventional milling gives a fast route for single parts, mould maintenance and overhaul work.

Surface finishing, slotting and keyway cutting, pocketing, hole patterns, reaming, thread milling and angled-surface machining are operations we run regularly. Work-holding and referencing are treated as part of the operation plan to keep dimensions consistent. Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible.

Fixtures and clamping jigs, body and block parts, plate and bracket connections, gearbox covers and special profiled parts are frequently produced groups. Alongside manufacturing to drawings, we also re-manufacture by dimensioning from a sample or an existing part.

Working in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and engineering plastics, we provide solutions for maintenance, production-line and machine spare-part needs, from single parts to low-volume series.
