Our steel construction work covers the fabrication of frames, platforms, stands, load-bearing frames, guards and support structures at machine and equipment scale, to project and drawing. Building-scale load-bearing system design and certification are outside our scope; our focus is industrial machine and production-line structures.
The process includes profile and sheet cutting, hole and slot machining, weld-edge preparation, welded joining, dimensional control and, where needed, surface preparation. At connection points and seating surfaces, dimensional tolerances are handled in line with assembly and alignment requirements. For large parts, transport and on-site assembly requirements are also included in the production plan.
Working together with our machining department, we can produce the machined surfaces, bolted connection groups and centring elements on a structure within the same project. This allows the welded structure and precision parts to be delivered together.
We work mainly in carbon steel and structural steel profiles, and also carry out stainless steel applications on request. We follow a flexible production approach suited to single projects and low-volume production.
