Custom Machine and Industrial Spare Part Manufacturing

Custom machine and industrial spare part manufacturing covers the production of parts that cannot be sourced from a catalogue, or that have long lead times, and that are needed by the maintenance, engineering and production processes of manufacturing plants. We assess the request from a technical drawing, an existing part or its mating assembly, and define a manufacturable, workable solution.

When there is no technical drawing, we take measurements from the existing part (reverse dimensioning) to determine the original functional dimensions and wear allowances together. We can combine machining, welded fabrication and, where needed, assembly operations within the same project. Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible.

To shorten production-line downtime, we aim to carry out technical assessment and lead-time planning quickly for urgent spare-part requests. We adapt to different production models, from one-off and low-volume custom work to repeat and serial production.

Across sectors including automotive, FMCG, iron and steel, rubber and chemicals, we produce a broad range of parts such as shafts, bushings, flanges, pistons, gear carriers, cams, supports and special connecting elements.
