Turning (CNC & Conventional)

In our turning department we use CNC and conventional lathes side by side to produce rotational (cylindrical) parts to diameter, length, tolerance and surface requirements. CNC lathes provide dimensional stability in repeat and serial production, while conventional lathes offer flexibility for single parts, prototypes and overhaul work. The production method and operation sequence are defined by the part's technical requirements.

Stepped shafts, keyed and splined shafts, bushings and sleeves, flanges, pistons, pins and threaded connecting parts are groups we produce regularly. We combine outer-diameter, inner-diameter, facing, grooving, threading and taper operations in a single setup wherever possible to keep dimensions consistent. Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible.

Alongside manufacturing to drawings, we also re-manufacture worn or hard-to-source parts by dimensioning from a sample or an existing part. We work mainly in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and brass, providing solutions for maintenance, production-line and machine spare-part needs.

At our workshop in Kocaeli we adapt to different production models, from one-off and low-volume custom work to repeat production. Every job is assessed against material, tolerance, quantity and lead-time criteria, and dimensional checks are carried out throughout the process.
