Our maintenance and refurbishment solutions are built on assessing, dimensioning and re-manufacturing worn, broken or deformed parts in mechanical systems. The scope is limited to mechanical manufacturing and assembly; we do not provide electrical or electronic maintenance services.
Requests usually arrive with an existing part, a mating assembly or limited technical information. Through reverse dimensioning we establish the original functional dimensions, fit tolerances and wear allowances, and re-manufacture the part with machining, welded fabrication and, where needed, assembly operations. Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible.
Renewal of power- and motion-transmission elements such as shafts, bushings, flanges, pistons, gear carriers, cams and supports; machining worn seating diameters back to size; and machining after build-up welding where needed, are work we frequently carry out.
To shorten production-line downtime, we aim to carry out technical assessment and lead-time planning quickly for urgent requests. Every job is handled against material, tolerance, operating conditions and lead-time criteria.
