In the automotive sector, production continuity depends on the planned operation of line equipment and special machines. Emek Freze produces the mechanical parts needed for assembly lines, welding and press stations, conveyor systems and test rigs, based on a technical drawing, a sample or an existing part. Parts that cannot be sourced from a catalogue, or that have long lead times, are re-manufactured within this scope.
Groups we produce regularly include drive and conveyor shafts, bearing bushings and sleeves, connecting flanges, hydraulic and pneumatic piston components, fixture and clamping jigs, and welded frames and supports. We can combine machining, welded fabrication and, where needed, assembly operations within the same project.
Repeatability matters for fixtures and inspection jigs, so dimensional and positional consistency is treated as part of the operation plan. Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible. Alongside single-part and prototype work, we also adapt to repeat production needs.
Our work covers mechanical part manufacturing and re-manufacturing; no OEM-approved automotive certification is implied. Every request is assessed against material, tolerance, quantity and lead-time criteria.
