Emek Freze produces the mechanical parts used in this equipment based on a technical drawing, a sample or an existing part, and re-manufactures parts that cannot be sourced from a catalogue.
Groups we produce regularly include agitator and pump shafts, bearing bushings and sleeves, connecting and blind flanges, sealing and guide parts, and welded body components. Depending on the application, stainless steel or engineering plastics such as PTFE, POM and PA may be used.
Material selection against criteria such as chemical resistance, pressure, temperature and food compatibility is considered only to the extent it is specifically verified. Material and method are determined together depending on the technical requirement of the application and the selected material.
Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible, and we adapt to production models from single parts to low-volume series.
