Emek Freze produces the mechanical parts used on filling, packaging, labelling and handling lines, based on a technical drawing, a sample or an existing part. Stainless steel where hygiene, cleaning or moisture is a requirement, and suitable engineering plastics where low friction, quiet or dry running is needed, may be chosen depending on the technical requirement of the application and the selected material.
For urgent spare-part requests, we aim to carry out technical assessment and lead-time planning quickly. We adapt to needs ranging from single-part to repeat production and apply dimensional control on critical parts. Depending on the technical requirement, machining tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are possible.
